Oktober 2006 Und zwar hab mir heut den Treiber runtergeladen für meine ATI Radeon 9000 und hab den auch installiert wie es in den ganzen Anleitungen steht! so nach Abschluss des installers soll man ja en reboot machen und dann müsst das ganze gehn, nur wenn ich mein system reboote und dann kurz vor dem starten von KDM schaltet sich mein monitor auf standby und dann tut sich nichts mehr! woran kann das liegen?? #2 5. Oktober 2006 AW: Debian etch ati treiber Problem liegt daran das X11 den falschen treiber hat. Ich benutze mit meiner x850 den fglrx Treiber. Den muss man zwar erst umständlich einrichten, aber der geht (auf Portal › ubuntuusers.de ist in der/die/das wiki eine ausführliche anleitung.) Ansonsten kannst du es ja ma mit rekonfigurieren versuchen: Code: dpkg-configure X11-Xorg keine haftung für richtigkeit! Ich empfehle auch lynx denn dann kannst du auch im Textmodus im internet surfen (mehr schlecht als recht) + Multi-Zitat Zitieren
#3 5. Oktober 2006 AW: Debian etch ati treiber Problem Code: dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg soweit ich mich erinnern kann ... Du solltest vielleicht mal deine /etc/X11/xorg.conf pasten. Da sollte dann der ATI-Treiber, wenn ich das mit NVIDIA vergleiche, drinstehen. Das waere also der naechste Schritt. ( /etc/X11/xorg.conf pasten ) Solltest du nur noch Windows benutzen koennen, kannst du dir diese Datei auch per explore2fs.exe holen. Gibts umsonst im Internet zum downloaden.
