#1 16. Oktober 2008 Hallo liebe RR-Board User! Ich wollte euch ganz gerne mal ein (so wie ich finde) recht unbekanntes Chat - Programm vorstellen. Es handelt sich um einen Instant Messenger, so wie ICQ oder MSN. Viele von euch benutzen bestimmt QIP oder andere Messenger wie Trilian, Kopete... Ich bin vor ca. einem halben Jahr auf den Miranda IM gestossen. Es gibt eine offizielle Version, und eine Build Version (Unicode). Bei der Build Version handelt es sich um eine, sich ständig weiterentwickelnde Testversion des originalen Miranda IM. Um diese Build Version handelt dieser Thread! Miranda ist eine Art Chat - Gerüst, welches man mit vielen Extras erweitern kann. (Die meisten erhältlichen PlugIns sind meiner Meinung nach "Kitsch", weil sie einfach unnötig sind und zu viel Speicher fressen). Die Grundfunktionen sind die selben wie bei z.B. ICQ 6. Man kann allerding im Miranda IM mehrere Messenger einbinden. Das heisst konkret: Wenn man bei Miranda online geht, kann man es einstellen, dass man bei ICQ, MSN, Jabber, IRC, AIM, Yahoo, Gadu-Gadu und diversen anderen Messengern oder Protokollen online geht. Es handelt sich quasi um einen Multimessenger. Um die Grundfunktionen und einige kleine Extras einzustellen bedarf es nur einiger Klicks. So sind im momentanen, herunterzuladenden Paket (Miranda Build #23) Msn, Icq, Jabber, ein Pop Up PlugIn (Es "poppen" kleine Fenster am rechten unteren rand des Bildschirms auf, wenn man eine Nachricht bekommt z.B.) enthalten. //Download der (Im Moment) Neuesten "Testing Build" #23: http://1303.at/deref/redir.php?id=http://files.miranda-im.org/builds/miranda-v080a23w.zip Die Installation ist einfach und kann von jedem Anfänger durchgeführt werden. Auch das Installieren von PlugIns wird (meistens) durch einfaches kopieren von .dll Dateien in die dafür vorgesehenen Ordner durchgeführt - eigentlich nichts schweres. Doch kommt es vor, das manche PlugIns nicht mit anderen PlugIns funktionieren, weil die Funktionsweisen sich überschneiden. Es bedarf also einiger Zeit und Feingefühl sein Miranda so einzustellen, dass es perfekt funktioniert. Die nützlichsten PlugIns finde ich sind: popup.dll - Dieses Plugin ermöglicht die Anzeige von Pop-Ups WhoIsReadingMyStatusMsg.dll - Dieses Plugin benachrichtigt dich mit einem Pop-Up, wenn . jemand deinen Status ließt. NewStatusNotify.dll - Dieses Plugin zeigt ein Pop-Up an, wenn jemand aus deiner . Kontaktliste seinen Status ändert. MessageNotify.dll - MessageNotify benachrichtigt dich per Ton und Pop-Up, wenn du eine Nachricht bekommst. Fingerprint.dll - Mit diesem PlugIn lassen sich detaillierte Informationen (Wie Versionsinfo des verwendeten Programs, Systemstart usw...) anzeigen und in der Kontaktliste anzeigen. updater.dll - Dieses PlugIn überprüft, ob es von den vorhandenen PlugIns neue Versionen gibt und lädt diese herunter und installiert sie. Variables.dll - Mit diesem PlugIn lassen sich Variablen in z.B. deinen Status einbinden (Nur für erfahrene User!!!!!) Naja also es gibt noch viele viele weitere PlugIns zum herunterladen.
