#1 28. September 2009 Hi, Mein Paypal Account ist schon seit einigen Monaten gesperrt. Da Paypal einfach mal spontan eine Sicherheitsüberprüfung bei meinem Account gemacht hat. Und ich depp kenn meine zwei geheimen Fragen nicht mehr. Keine Ahnung was ich da vor Jahren reingeschrieben hab. Die mail kam damals: Spoiler Dear ...., As a security measure, we regularly screen PayPal activity. Recently, we noticed a problem with your account. We have reason to believe that your account was accessed by a third party. We have limited access to sensitive PayPal account features in case your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party. We understand that having limited access can be an inconvenience, but protecting your account is our primary concern. Case ID Number: - We've limited access to your account temporarily .We'll review the limitation once you respond with the information we've requested. To respond and remove the limitation, go to the Resolution Center. If you'd like clarification on the limitation, please let us know by going to the Help Center and clicking Contact Us. Klar wenn ich mich von mehreren Rechner in meinen Acc einlogge...das es zu sowas kommt. Die sollten mal nachdenken... So jetzt hab ich natürlich versucht irgendwie eine Telefonnr. oder ähnliches rauszubekommen. Doch wenn ich auf Hilfe in der rechten oberen Ecke gehe, ist auf einmal alles Englisch: Help information isn't available in English yet. Click Language Preferences under the Account Information column. 4. Select a language from the drop-down list and click Save. 5. Sehr klug wie soll ich die Sprache ändern wenn ich nicht in meinen Account komme.. Hat jemand Kontaktdaten? Oder könnte mir anderweitig weiterhelfen? Montag bis Freitag von 8:30 bis 19:00 Uhr hiwe steht außerdem noch "Um einen schnelleren Kundenservice zu ermöglichen, sollten Sie die folgenden Informationen griffbereit haben." und das sind die Haupttelefonnumer emailadresse und ein einmaliger Kundenservicepin den du ja jetzt nicht hast aber versuchs trotzdem + Multi-Zitat Zitieren
