BW ist auf jeden Fall raus. Also ich muss zu morgen das Bild über Onkel Sam beschreiben mit Interpretation. Reicht das aus, oder muss noch mehr interpretieren. Könnt ihr vllt auch meine Fehler korrigieren zum Beispiel Satzbau. Es wäre sehr nett, wenn ihr mir helfen könnt. Weitere Bw gehen raus, wenn ihr mir hilft. Mein Text: The given cartoon, which was published 4.6. of 2008 in the German magazine "Stern", depicts Uncle Sam in a quite unusual posture. Uncle Sam is - as you may know - the famous stern looking old man pointing his index finger at you in order to recruit you for the U.S. army. Many representations show his initial U. S. which stand also for "United States". His stern look has vanished though, Uncle Sam seems rather submissive and begging for money now. The Austrian cartoonist name is Haderer and he has draws this picture. He would like to express with this picture the financial crisis in America. On the picture you can see a big headline "I want you for stopping the financial crises". He has wild hair and long beard. Uncle Sam is no young man because he has wrinkles on forehead and face. He wears the national colours of the USA, a deep-blue jacket with red-white touched trousers. His cylinder is decorated with the stars and Stripes. Uncle Sam holds a hat in front of him. Uncle Sam looks here expectation-demanding the American middle class, they may throw please her whole remaining property cheers the state in the hat. The slightly inclined crease in the neck simply should show the gratitude for the success to be expected Uncle Sams and never the certainty in the criticism demonstrate. The hat has holes and is old. The hole is rather far below that money flows there again out. The state has got into debt quite high. The money from the national citizens is not sufficient. The causes are real estate crises, because the US bank sold houses or apartment even to poor people. Any bank and company are bankruptly example City bank. These debts must assume the government. Results can be world wide crisis. For example the hyporeal estate has 6 billion debts. I would like to summarise that every country has debts and tried this financial crisis to stop. We must donate money, so that the economy does not break down. The government must also decide which measures they can still contribute against the financial crisis for example the value added tax raise. #2 21. April 2010 AW: Uncle Sam ahhhh dein Text ist erbärmlich. Welche Klasse besuchst du? Ich wüsste gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll mit Fehlern verbessern. "in the following cartooni want to describe" häh? "Im folgenden Cartoon will ich beschreiben" hieße das. Zeichnest du jetzt nen Cartoon oda wie... Dann hast im 1. Satz 2 Hauptsätze sinnlos verknüpft. der published satz geht auch gar nicht. "on the topic" ist falsch. topic = thema stay geht hier nicht. und im nächsten auch nicht Inhalt: wütend wirkt er garantiert nicht. Naja keine lust mehr ich geh pennen, morgen englisch lk abi klausur. mit dem text wäre dir ne 6 sicher. #3 21. April 2010 AW: Uncle Sam Also ich würde den kaputten Hut ja als endlose Kosten interpretieren. Das Loch is recht weit unten, dass Geld fließt da wieder raus. Quasi ein Fass ohne Boden. Für die Schule sollte Wikipedia ja reichen: Uncle Sam – Wikipedia Da steht ein bisschen was zu dem Original.

April 2010 AW: Uncle Sam Uncle Sam blickt hier erwartungsfordernd die amerikanische Mittelschicht an, sie mögen doch bitte ihr gesamtes restliches Vermögen zum Wohle des Staates in den Hut werfen. Der leicht angehauchte Knick im Genick soll einfach die "Dankbarkeit" für den zu erwartenden Erfolg Uncle Sams und die Gewissheit niemals in der Kritik zu stehen darlegen.

#6 27. April 2010 AW: Uncle Sam Liegt es daran, dass der Text eben für das Forum abgetippt wurde, oder hast du die Kommafehler übersehen? Ich weiss nicht, wieviel Wert dein Lehrer darauf setzt. "Results can be world wide crisis" Entweder musst du Crisis ins Plural setzen oder einen Artikel davor setzen. MfG
